Or not. The concierge will just as happily arrange nothing at all, and will not ask again at breakfast.
Everything below runs from our own dock, course or lobby — you are not handed to a third party in a car park. Included activities are marked; the rest are arranged at cost with no commission added.
On the water

Sailing & Paddling
Hobie cats, kayaks and paddleboards from the beach hut whenever the flag is green, with an instructor on the sand if you want one.

Jet Skis & Boats
Skis by the half hour off the dock, and a 38ft cabin boat for half-day charters to Isla Mujeres with lunch aboard.

Snorkel & Reef
The reef sits four hundred metres out. Guided swims twice daily, plus a night snorkel with lights when the water lies flat.

Deep Sea
Half and full-day fishing for mahi, sailfish and wahoo, leaving at six. The kitchen will cook what you bring back, that evening.
On land, and after dark

Golf
Eighteen holes running along the point and the lagoon, walkable, with a caddy programme and clubs to borrow. Green fees included for guests.

Cenotes & Ruins
Small-group trips to the cenotes at Cuzamá, to Tulum along the coast, and to Chichén Itzá before the buses arrive. Maximum eight people.

Live Music
A trio on the sunset terrace Thursday through Sunday, kept low enough to talk over, and a guitarist at Mercado on the other nights.

After Dark
Residents and guest DJs on the night terrace, a floor that fills around midnight, and a lit pool that stays open until two.
For families
- Kids club
- Ages 4–12, 9am–6pm, run by four staff with childcare qualifications rather than whoever was free that morning.
- Teens
- A separate space with a pool table, consoles, and a surf and paddle programme that is not run like a kids club.
- Babysitting
- In-room, from 6pm, booked the day before. All sitters are DBS-equivalent checked and trained in paediatric first aid.
- Family excursions
- The cenote and reef trips take children from eight; the beach team will tell you honestly which ones are worth it.
- Quiet zones
- The infinity terrace, spa circuit and sunset lounge are adults-only, so both things can be true at once.
- Equipment
- Cots, high chairs, bottle warmers, monitors and pushchairs are stocked and free — tell us at booking.
